2. Tracking via air waybill number:

・Simply enter your air waybill number (the three alphabetic characters and 6 to 8 numbers that appear on the upper and the lower side of an Air Waybill);
・Click on 'SUBMIT' button.
Example: If your reference number is "NNN-9999 9999", enter "NNN99999999"

3. Tracking via your own reference number:

・Directly enter your reference number into the space provided; choose the reference type from the pull-down menu;
・Click on 'SUBMIT' button.
